**Jordan Turner**
FOUNDER & AGENCY OWNER
From a very young age, I knew I wanted to be a business owner and build an organization that could create a legacy for my future family. I was always interested in finances (I bought my first CD when I was 9 to grow my savings better!). My first job was waiting tables and I fell in love with connecting with new people every day and working to serve them and make sure they had a great experience. Through college, I studied insurance and financial services, with a focus on how to communicate with the end customer and deliver the solutions they need. This led me to pursue a career in the insurance world, where I got to marry my love for number crunching and finances with connecting with customers every day!
Being in a position where I get to offer a solution for something that the client has to purchase (insurance) but isn’t taught in our primary education system is super rewarding! I get to simplify things for them and their family, so they get the peace of mind they need and feel good about having to spend their money on a protection plan.

**Lyndsey Johnston**
FOUNDER
Growing up on a farm in the Midwest, entrepreneurship runs deep in my bones, and all of my professional endeavors have focused on bringing the right people together and hearing their stories.
After graduating from The Ohio State University with a Master's in Communications, I had the wonderful opportunity to spend the better part of a decade as a freelance marketer, crafting campaigns and brand identities for clients across several different industries. During the pandemic, like many people, I embarked on a career change and decided to bring my love of helping people to the insurance industry.
After founding Rise Insurance Ohio, I transitioned away from day-to-day operations in early 2024 to pursue a new opportunity. I'm proud of what we've built and excited to see the agency continue serving Ohio families and businesses under its current leadership.

I've always been drawn to helping others and finding ways to make complex decisions feel simpler and more manageable. My career has taken me from early recruiting work in insurance to building and successfully selling my own businesses, all centered around really understanding people and what matters most to them.

At the heart of my approach is listening first and building real, genuine relationships. I enjoy working with individuals, families, and business owners to understand what they're trying to protect and help them feel more confident in the decisions they make about their future.

As a Personal Protection Strategist, my goal is to offer clear, thoughtful guidance and a steady hand through the insurance process so you don't feel like you're navigating it alone, and can focus on what matters most with confidence and peace of mind.

Outside of work, I own and operate a volleyball club, where I've developed a passion for leadership, teamwork, and building strong relationships within the community.
